Avatar
Every EEB Artist has an avatar. They might have the same one, but there just a secondary way of distinguishing ourselves. Things would look kind of plain without them yes? EEB Avatars are exactly 50 x 50 pixels and most are edited or created by the webmaster.
Awards that artists can receive for various things. They are little icons displayed on your artist page.

Award - Battle of the Artists Winner
Earned when an artist receives the most votes in a Battle. It appears on the winner's artist page along with the battle number, work title, and category of the battle in which he or she won.

Award - Ink Bleeder
For those who have submitted over a dozen works. Although many artists may bleed ink that have not posted 13 works, this award wants to recognize and thank those who have chosen to share mass amounts of their talent here. [Added on April 27, 2004]

Battle of the Artists
Battle of the Artists is a weekly contest on EEB. Each Friday, one category is chosen randomly. All EEB Artists can log in and enter the battle by selecting one of their works which falls under the battle category. On the following Thursday, the winner of the battle is announce and given a battle trophy, which appears on his or her page.

Battling Works
If a work is battling in the current Battle of the Artists than it will appear in orange
and with this symbol - - in front of it. This applies the works appearing on the artist page. For example:

Birthday Greeting
This image will appear on the front page along with the artist's name when it his or her birthday!

New Work
New works are works that have been submitted less than two days ago. They appear with the symbol - - in front of it on the artist page. For example:
When an artist first submits a new work, it is give a negative ID number. It is displayed in the Pending Works section. After a staff member checks off the work, it is given a new official work ID number and displayed with the other works.

PICK!
Refers to an Artist's "Pick of the Moment". Originally, named - "Favorite Work". This work can be selected by searching through Works by Category or by clicking the PICK! button . In order to PICK! a work, the user must be logged on the work must not be pending.

Whenever you view an artist's work, giving them props is like giving them good will. Props are especially good when you aren't able to comment.
